The Goji berry originated in the valley of Ningxia Province in China..the Chinese population swear by this berry because of all the healthy benefits that it carries. They even go as far as to have a 2 week celebration for the berry every year. This berry is also known as the Wolfberry, which is part of the tomato family.
The analysis on the vitamin, mineral and nutrients in the Goji berry compared to other fruits revealed the Goji berry is one of the most nutritionally rich foods on the planet.
