The benefits of a raw food diet
There is no better feeling of health and well-being than while in a raw food lifestyle. The energy level continues day after day. There is an excitement involved with raw food that does exist with any other diet or health lifestyle. Many have found that in the first three days a natural high comes and continues. This high sensation comes from eating only raw food and it is powerful.
I did not believe that there would be any great difference between eating 80%-98% raw food versus 100% raw food, but I must say I was wrong. What an influence a small dead food snack can have on our systems. A raw food diet is just that, raw food, although most raw foodists do not eat meat. Raw food brings high levels of active live enzymes to our body. An average day would consist of fruit in the morning with a green juice, carrot juice with a salad in the afternoon followed by a green juice and some vegetables with nuts for the evening meal.
Many raw food life eaters are deep into super foods. Super foods are food that has the greatest impact in minerals, vitamins or any health benefit. Examples of super foods may be; Goji berries, seaweeds such as kelp and Wakame, Spirulina or raw chocolate.
Raw food can balance blood pressure, sugar problems and weight issues. I am not a doctor so I am not giving you medical advice but I am sharing with you testimonies I have heard. My own testimony states the same results. Healthy weigh loss came easily as my hunger began to dissipate. I was now receiving the proper nutrition I needed and I did not have to over-eat dead food that was most often lacking nutrients. My blood sugar went down to normal the first day, as did my blood pressure.
New and exciting fruits rise up to keep the raw foodist menus fresh.Durians is one of those fruits. It is a stinky large fruit that has an odor of onions and bannanas. Many places have signs stating that is it unlawful to eat durian in their establishment because of the odor.
Raw foods has shown themsleves to be a healing agent in more than one disease. It seems that Crohns or Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome is one that has many testimtomies of its miracle healing through eating and juicing only raw foods. Several diabetes were healed after three months of following a strict raw food diet. These were people already using insulin. Slowly they were released from their dependency on insulin through a change in their diets.
The raw food lifestyle is exhilarating and exciting, and I encourage you to try for one week an experience you will never regret. Pounds will drop off. Your skin will lokks younger and your energy level will soar. Most importantly your health will return or become strong.
